I will be the first to admit it. I am the absolute worst when it comes to unfinished projects. Powered by the best intentions, I still manage to accumulate a plethora of unfinished crafts. Add to that unused art supplies, unread books, recipes I intended to cook, untaught lesson plans, unwritten letters, home improvement projects galore; and you get the idea.
Only it gets worse. Not content to dwell in overstuffed cabinets or dark corners, my undisciplined habits leak into my daily life. Dirty clothes, dirty dishes and un-mopped floors tell me one thing. I need to take a long hard look at what I’ve got hanging around - undone.
As I say good-bye to this year and look forward to the next, I’ve decided to pull out all of those unfinished projects. I’m determined to look at the ones lurking in the corners of my house; as well as those taking up space in my mind.
If you would like to join me, I would love to hear from you. Perhaps we can tackle our unfinished business together.
For now, I wish you the very best as we say good-bye to this year and get ready for the next.
God’s blessings to you all,
